TEAM 5 TEACHERS HAVE PUT TOGETHER 2 FILM FESTIVAL MOVIES. REALLY TRICKY BEING IN LOCKDOWN AND TRYING TO CAPTURE MEMORIES OF THE KIDS.

This is Sophie's blog from our Hauora session today. Awesome work Sophie. Keep it Up.

Hi My Name Is Sophie, and today i will be talking about hauora, hauora, hauora is something that the boys and girls split and go to different groups and talk about stuff like, treat your neighbors how you treat yourself, or ask seek or nock, that was all for the girls but most importantly hauora gets all the girls and boys together and to be comfortable around each other.

Term 4

 Kia Ora Everyone and welcome to Room 5 class blog. 

We are starting term 4 off with a bang in lockdown,  keeping up with the faith and good will that we return to school real soon.  Our theme for this term is Ta Tatou Korero, Ta Tatou Kowhiringa, Our Voice, Our Choice. Team 5 are so excited to be doing this theme this term as it gives us the opportunity to make our own decisions based on the information provided, we have the chance to do some voting, like having a say at who could become prefects, rangatahi, and house captains for our school.

 TUESDAY 17th AUGUST 2021
New Zealand went into lockdown because of Covid-19. The Delta variant has made its way to our shores and we are now in Lockdown Level 4. PLEASE don't let this be a long Lockdown. 

 

Ms. Tipene has finally done it children,  after spending every Friday away from use has paid off. I did pass my exam test that I have been telling you all about. Thank you all room 5 children for being the coolest people when I am not around.  This award I dedicate to you all. 

WHAT AN AMAZING 9 WEEKS IT'S BEEN.

Exam Day Today and we were all very worried about the test. We all started our exam around 9.30am ish, Damn it was a head banger, the first few questions were not what I was ready for but I just answered them as I knew best. I finished the exam after 2 hours. 

Returned back to DFI at 1pm and kept an eye out for our results to see if we have passed this level 1 exam. I was very overwhelmed with the outcome of my result. 

YUUUUUUSSSSSS I PASSSSSSSED DFI Level 1. I just want to take this opportunity to Thank the Head of this waka, Dorothy, it was awesome being in this cohort and being guided through this journey by you. Jeremy and Jacob thank you both for being by our sides to get us all through to the end of this course. To all my new class mates well done on the exam and let's stay connected.
